The Bunk House

Bookings now been taken for our Bunk House
That offers accommodation on a budget in large room with bunk beds sleeping 15 to 20
It is suitable for a group wanting to explore the Historic city of York or surrounding areas
The room has bunk beds you will need to bring Sleeping bags and, Towels pillows provided there is a double shower and toilet basic kitchen area for preparing snacks and a Wood burning stove which you can use if required.

Cycle Hire can be pre booked or other activities you may require.

The Village hall can be hired making a perfect venue for a party or class room this is an excellent hall with bar area ,stage and separate rooms off the main hall.

For those wishing to arrive by public transport the bus runs from the Railway Station every 30mins into the village and travels to the East Coast and North Yorkshire Moors Bus to York center every 30mins.

The kitchen area has a cooker microwave fridge grill and large water boiler.
There is a TV with internal video and a large selection of films inc
Music videos Cd player, there is a double toilet/shower area.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
You need to bring your own sleeping bags, towels and any extra bedding. Pillows supplied if needed.

Large quantities of drinks snacks and food

Please bring bin bags and anything you may need to clean up after you.

IT MUST BE LEFT IN THE CONDITION YOU FIND IT

EATING OPTIONS STAYING IN!
We can arrange delivery of fish and chip supper from an excellent Local fish restaurant
Prepare a buffet
Breakfast baps
Or Large Chilli or Pizza supper
By prior arrangement
You are welcome to have a barbecue in the garden area disposable are the easy answer.

HOW TO BOOK
WE require a deposit of 25% balance four weeks prior arrival
On the lead guests card this will be used to take any payment of DAMAGES AND

CLEANING COSTS
We require balance cash on arrival
All guests must sign our terms and conditions
We strongly advise that you get payment or deposit in advance from all guests
You will be charged for the amount of people booked
BEWARE PEOPLE DO DROP OUT

THE AREA
WE are located in a pretty village with local pub/restaurant shop garden centre tea rooms and the excellent Forest Park Golf Course to the rear of the property all just a short stroll away.

We are approx 3ml from the City of York and a bus runs between York and the East coast every 30mins. A car really isn't necessary although we have plenty off road parking and under cover storage for motor cycles.
